The North East Council of Air Shows, is pleased that Carl Hiebert will be our after dinner speaker, at 7:30 pm, on Saturday, February 20, 2010. Carl was the first person to fly across Canada in an open cockpit ultralight and photograph the country from coast to coast. What makes this even more amazing was that this occurred after a freak hang gliding accident put Carl in a wheel chair. Carl is truly inspirational and will make you re-evaluate your perception of risk and attitude.

We cordially invite you to join us at the Falcon Club on the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station for what promises to be a very memorable evening for the nominal fee of $10 USD, which is payable at the door.  Pre-registration is required.  Only for this portion of the Conference, there is no requirement to be a NECAS member.
